Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Can you post the Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies? What changes make them good? I followed them to the T but they were flat. Also, what are your favorite chocolate cookies? I'm needing to take cookies to my "dinner" on Friday.
