I used all butter. Make sure that the butter is just room temp and not melted. I think that is the only thing that I changed. Rachel, do you make any changes with this recipe?
I don't really make any big changes with this. I use all butter like Alissa does, but I always use really cold butter, not room temp. Because my kitchen is the size of a quarter, it gets really hot in there when I cook, so I need everything as cold as I can get it. I also add 1 T. vanilla. That's it.
